A fisheye in the city

I’ve spent the last two days with my Californian friends and it has been so much fun showing them around Melbourne. I am also really excited about our trip down to the Great Ocean Road over the next few days as well.

I’m not sure what I will do with the blog while I’m away, but I will try and get a couple of updates done.

I was in the city on Wednesday and I thought I would play around with the Samyang 12mm fisheye lens. It seemed like a good time to do it when we were just walking around. I processed one image and thought I would share it with you.

  1. Hi Leanne Do what I did, buy one. I have found a fair bit of use for it, Mine is an 8mm f2.8 Samyang. Goes well on night shots too.

  2. I want that lens but my savings account doesn’t. 🙂 Maybe you could just say back in 3 (or 4 or how many days) and not worry about being gone?

  3. Nice to get up to date – like the quirky effect of the fisheye

  4. I have this fish-eye setting on my camera–it is fun to play around with. This photo is wonderful, Leanne!

  5. This is awesome! I nominated you for the Sunshine Blogger Award!

Please, say hello, would love to hear from you.
