I walk in this area almost every day, but rarely take the camera with me. Perhaps it’s time to change that. For more information on the original post click here.

That’s a great shot. Was it sunrise or sunset?
It was taken early in the morning David, thank you.

Your art is beautiful. I don’t visit other people’s blog pages much, but I have been wanting to say thank you so much for your likes of my photography. I appreciate your support π
Thank you so much for mine and you are very welcome, I love seeing what others are doing, it helps me too.
Very tranquil scene!
Thank you Sarah.
A beautiful photo.
Thank you Lynette.
A very photogenic area, Leanne, and yes, you should take you camera, well at least a lightweight one, everywhere when I could still go out on nature walks..
It is Vicki, I have a pretty good phone camera, so I will try and utilise it more, but from time to time I like to get down there with my camera. Thank you.
Beauty !
Thank you Mark.
I like the colors and leafless trees. Gorgeous reflections, too!
Thank you Egidio, the trees are dead, I think they were there from when it was farmland, and when they put the water back there it killed them. I think.
It’s sad it happened, but the photo looks beautiful and full of drama.
I’m not sad, I like the dead trees, I hope they don’t fall over anytime soon, lol.
I enjoy being the tourist at home
It is something I need to be better at. Thanks Brian.
Leanne–this is so pretty! Definitely I would love to see more photos of this.
Thank you Lois, I think I will have to make more of an effort.
That’s a good idea, Leanne. ππ»π
I seem to be getting that impression, Thank you John.
Happy Sunday! π
You too John.
When you walk daily in an area, it becomes commenplace to you, but not to us. Yes, take your camera with you as the seasons change.
You are spot on Anne, it does, it doesn’t seem special. I will see what I can do this year. Thank you Anne.
The images you have taken there have always been beautiful, I immediately recognized the name. βIβll have some more pleaseββ¦.
Good to hear Ted, I will see what I can do, but after summer, there are too many snakes down there now. Thank you.
Snakes make great subjects π
Not here, they are all very venomous, so I think it is best to stay away.
You have even more than we doβ¦
We do, and the ones around me are pretty nasty, tiger snakes will come after you.
cool photo
Thank you Art.
You know what they say. A true photographer is never without his/her camera. No, me neither. But your local area looks well worth sharing, so maybe you should take your camera with you more often.
I think that is the good thing aobut the phone, you always have a camera now. It is great area, I might have to do a lot more down this year. Thank you Margaret.
I think we all tend to have this problem. We sort of take our local areas for granted.
I think you are spot on Matt. I know I do.
Itβs beautiful
I think so too Sadje, thank you.
Youβre welcome βΊοΈ

It’s worth to take photos there, that is a splendid photo
I’m lucky to live here, thank you.
