It is time for my Floral Friday post and today I was keen to work on a photo of a tulip that the light was hitting it in an unusual way. I tend to hate dappled light, but here it was perfect.
The show is over
The Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show is over for the year and now I have 100’s of photos that I will need to sort through. Once that is done I can work out which ones I will do more with.
MIFGS – Display Gardens
Another part of the Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show (MIFGS) are all the display gardens. There are quite a few and it is lovely to look at them and dream about having something like it in your own backyard.

One of the things that I love about visiting the MIFGS each year is catching up with the Struman Optics team and their lenses. This year I’ve been playing with a new macro lens for my phone.
