It is wet in Melbourne, really wet. The forecast is for heavy rain over the next few days, flash flooding and more flooding. I’ve never seen anything like it before. I mean the way we are being prepared for it. My husband was sent home at lunch time, so was a friend, and I’ve heard lots of others have been as well. It could be serious.
So, after some rain I put the Struman Optics lens on my phone and headed out to the front garden. I managed to get a couple of shots of flowers before it started to pour down with rain.
Here are two of the images.
Again lovely pic!
Thanks again.
Stunning purple flower! I really like it!
Thank you so much.
Ohh just scored a set of these lenses …looking forward to using them with my Samsung s8
That’s great to hear Sharon, don’t forget to tag us on Instagram so you can be featured.
I hope you folks in Australia are not getting the same weather pattern we had this year in BC. Our spring started with heavy rain falls that lasted several weeks and led to flooding and mud slides. Then from one day to the next a heat wave with no rain for six weeks in a row brought on our forest fires. Hopefully, you will be spared the disaster we had. Your flowers are so well taken I can almost smell and touch them. Great job, Leanne!
We have had a bit of a heat wave recently, lots of hot humid days, some rain, and how this. It is almost tropical weather and we are no where from the tropics. The bad weather is only around Melbourne, I think the rest of the country is okay. Thank you Peter, not bad for the phone and the macro lens on it.
That purple flower would play well at mural scale.
Thank you Jonathan, that is nice idea. I like it.
Oh my gosh, love this. Those colours! 💕
Thank you John, that’s wonderful.
