I was thinking of getting one of those lenses but It seemed a bit complicated and involved buying multiple parts. I could even figure out which parts I might need. But this is such a lovely photo, It makes me rethink it. I do a lot of macro work and I’m not really happy with any of my 3 macro lenses. They are OK, but nothing special. THIS picture is special.
I have so many of the Lensbaby lenses. I love the Velvet 56 lens, which is really good. I also love the Composer Pro. If I was going to recommend the Composer Pro II I would recommend getting either the Sweet 35 or the Sweet 50 with it. I have both and use them interchanegably. They also have some close up filters that you can buy as a set to fit on them to get even closer.
