More trees on rocks from my time in Tasmania. This is also from Binalong Bay and was taken on the same morning as the other image I took of the first tree on a rock. So many trees and so many rocks. I don’t usually photograph trees, but there have been so many recently.
I hope you have a lovely Sunday.
That is seriously a cool photo👍🏼 Mesmerizing to look at

Beautiful – love the transition of light to dark
Thank you Nora, it was the start of the day, love that.
I love how most of the colors are very toned down and mellow and then you get that vibrant sliced of orange through it. Really a great picture.
That orange was all over the rocks over there in Tasmania, it was beautiful. I love it. Thank you.
Nicely treated photo!
Thank you Marland.
You’re welcome!
This is truly a stunning photo. There is a deep, mysterious beauty to it and the red in the rocks is the perfect contrast. Great shot and thanks for sharing with us! I hope you sell a ton of this one! 🙂
Thank you so much. You’re welcome and so do I.
Always a fascinating subject, trees on rocks, trees growing out of rocks seemingly defying the impossible…your evocative shot brought back a few memories!
