Do you remember how I went to Castlemaine recently and took my infrared camera? Well, at the end of the trip, I came across this industrial site that ran alongside the railway line.
I have no idea what it was for, but I liked the shapes, especially the massive chimney. I took lots of photos and tried to get it from lots of different angles.
I made them all black and white and decided to share them with you here. I love old places like this. I hope you like them too.
Tomorrow for Silent Sunday I’m posting more infrared images from Castlemaine, but they are from a park that was across the road from the above. For those ones, I used one of the presets I made in ON1 to process them.
Great images I love these settings
Thank you Peter.
What an interesting place. I like stuff like this also. Too bad you couldn’t get on their grounds.
It is very interesting, and yeah, would have been good to get in, but I’m happy with what I got, thank you Anne.
Amazing, stunning!!
Thank you.
Infrared fits this kind of shots perfectly – really beautiful, and I love the dark tones. Have a great weekend!
I think so too Marc. Thank you, and you have a good one too.
Great shots. The one with the train has nice movement.
Thank you Rebecca.
Striking photographs.🔥
Thank you.
