For the last couple of years the city of Melbourne has been upended as they were building a new underground train line. I don’t even know where it starts or finishes, but we now have new stations to explore.
When I went into the city before Christmas the new Town Hall Station was open for people to come and look at, but the trains weren’t running. We couldn’t get down to the platforms but we could see the station from the concourse.
Naturally, I took some photos and want to share them with you. This is what it looked like when you go down to the concourse.
It isn’t very inspiring, and a bit boring if you ask me, but it was nice to be able to photograph it before it gets really busy.
