I thought today I would just do a quick post and show you another photo from Princes Pier. I have got some great shots from there recently.
The railings for the ladder that take you down to the water are photographed a lot. Not usually from this angle, but I thought I would see if I could incorporate them to show the cruise ships in the background.
I think that is something we are often trying to do. Challenging ourselves to do something different. It isn’t always possible, but fun to try.
I have photographed them myself so many times in the past. Usually, I do them from directly in front and try to get a symmetrical image. I’m not always successful, but hey you have to try. For this, I thought side on might be interesting.
So this is a photo from my last trip there. Enjoy your day.
The image
This is a long exposure that I took while there. I was using the Fujifilm X-T3 and the XF10-24mm along with the Formatt Hitech Firecrest Ultra 10 stop ND filter and 3 stop soft grad. I was also using Winston, my 3 Legged Thing tripod. Everything was carried around in my new MindShift camera bag.
Beautiful
Thank you so much.
