Monochrome Madness #49 – The Space Between

We have a guest Host this week, Stupidity Hole, and he has chosen the theme THE SPACE BETWEEN. This is a hard one, and I’ve done my best to find some images for it.

I had to really think about what the space between was. I decided to take it from two opposite sides and what could be between. So I looked for sides. I looked for what you find on a street, or in a lane. Then I thought about the sides of a bridge, but then I went even bigger and did the sky and the land or water.

Here are the images I came up with.

Very interesting theme this week, if not challenging. I can’t wait to see how much better everyone did than me.  😁

It was fun having a guest host this week, and I look forward to having more next year. Please help me thank Stupidity Hole for being our host this week. You can find the link to his post at the start of this one.

  1. I think you have also fulfilled the brief in another way because your compositions really make effective use of negative space which can also be interpreted as a space between.

  2. This was very interesting! I really like that sphere with the lights shooting off from it. Fantastic, Leanne. You did well!
