Monochrome Madness – Starting the year in my garden with the infrared camera

I thought I would start the year off with some infrared flowers from my garden. Last year I did a lot of photos of the flowers in my garden, and I really hope to continue doing that this year. I didn’t necessarily do a lot of infrared, but I do love what infrared does to the flowers, so the plan is to do a lot more this year.

The day these were taken it had been raining quite a bit, so they were wet. Almost the perfect conditions for photographing flowers. Do you like infrared flowers?

Our first theme is next week and our host will be Sarah from Travel with Me. She has chosen the theme of MARKETS, and maybe shops, if you don’t have any images of markets. Should be good.

    1. It was a surprise when I did the first time, I’m a bit addicted to it now. I agree with the textures, and you notice the shapes more too. Thank you so much Tim.
