Monochrome Madness – Tasmania in infrared

Quick post today. I had a visit to the dentist and had some work done so now I’m in pain. So I won’t go on too much, thank goodness I had already done these photos.

For those that don’t know I have an infrared camera. I had an older camera converted and I often go out with it.

When I went to Tasmania in 2017 I think I took more photos with this camera than my usual one. I loved it so much. However, when I go back to that folder I can see I didn’t really process many photos from it.

So here are some photos from the first day we were there.

Participating in Monochrome Madness

If you would like to participate in this challenge please post photos on your blog and use the tag Monochrome-Madness, as then I can use the reader to see what you post. Also, use the tag mid-week monochrome to catch Bren’s as well.

I’m afraid I don’t use Social Media much anymore, but maybe tag it #monochromemadness for Instagram and I will try and look. That would be brilliant.

  1. The question everyone else is afraid to ask is: Does Tasmania look better in infrared or no? 😀

    1. Haha… well, happy to help. Looking forward to seeing what you have for us.

  2. I do hope you heal quickly. I’ve had a similar experience not long ago. I’m delighted that you have an infrared camera to take beautiful photos and can reveal what other than human animals can see in the dark.

    1. Thank you, I’m starting to feel a lot better. I love the infrared, but I just don’t use it enough really, I need to get out more with it. I love how it sees the world.
