Back again with the old stone bridge from Yosemite National Park. I hope that is what it is called. I tried to find out if there was a name for the bridge, but couldn’t find one. All I know is that it is near Curry Village and a spectacular view of Half Dome.
Before we get started, for those of you who are interested in what the One Four Challenge is, you can find out by going to this link for more information. Please take a look at Joanne’s post as well.
Let’s take a look at the image after I processed it.
I wasn’t absolutely sure what I was going to do after I did the basic processing again. Each week I have worked on the image from the RAW file so nothing has been done before I start working on it.
As you look at the image you can see that the sun is out and quite bright on the mountain in the background so I wondered about adding some morning sun, or in this case a sun flare. I decided to try using the preset in Sun Glow and applied SG2.
I wasn’t sure about this one not sure that it was the right move. I did add some glow to it as well to give that diffused look to it.
Shall we look at the original again.

From the above image you can see the sunlight on those mountains, so the sun glare seemed logical.
Anyway, I’m going to leave today with a gallery of the above image and the ones from the last couple of weeks.
Hi Leanne.. I really like this sunny version.. it’s a beautiful depiction of a morning view and I like the light leak.
I did comment before, but it must not have taken. I hope this one does 🙂
Thank you Robyn, I think I’m a bit addicted to that sunflare. lol.
I don’t know what is happening with comments and WordPress, you never know. 😀
Glad I worked it out 😀 I love the sunflares too!! So pleased you’re enjoying working in On1.. loving your work/play and explorations.
It’s still not working for me, but I am enjoying DxO, albeit different, but it suits me well + Affinity… nice to have found options!
I am getting to know it quite well, so that is good, I find some of the automatic things a bit much, but I am finding myself going to it more and more. Yeah, I don’t mind Affinity either.
I like the latest with the sun flare.
That’s great, thank you Anne.
A good one. Very nice control of the sunlight and sun glare. I like it.
Thank you Joanne, it seemed like a good option.
I know this spot well, Leanne. You’ve found an interesting perspective and some fine editing, too.
Thank you Jane.
