I know this probably doesn’t make sense, but as Christmas gets close, I can’t help thinking of the place that has all the water lilies and lotus flowers that usually opens on Boxing Day, the day after Christmas. I think it is called The Blue Lotus Water Gardens.
I haven’t been for a few years. I had planned on going last time it was open, but it just didn’t happen. The weather wasn’t great, but I think I might try and get there again this time when it is open. It is only open for 3 to 4 months a year.
I decided to go through some older photos and then opened them in ON1 to see what I could do with them. Here are the results.
They look like candles.
I like that, thank you Egidio.

How very lovely, Leanne – both your photos and the Boxing Day water lily opening. So heartening at the close of the year and start of the new.
