Floral Friday with some results

It is Friday again and what a week it has been. My head is still reeling from what has been happening. I thought, along with Floral Friday that we might also look at some of the results from the polls last week.

Poll Results

It was an interesting result when I saw how often you want me to post. Most, overwhelmingly, said 3 to 4 times a week. However, I am think I will do 5 at this stage. The idea being that you can follow along on the days you want, because posts will be done on specific days. For example, Weekend Wanderings will always be on Saturday, and Monochrome Madness will be on every Wednesday. You can then choose which ones you want to see.

The type of posts was also interesting.  I was surprised to see that the post most of you wanted to see was Weekend Wanderings, followed by Monochrome Madness. Not a massive number of you voted, so it is going to be hard to tell. Then again, those that did vote get what they want. You can see the results here.post-poll-results

Posting each week

So I am thinking the posts will be as follows

  • Monday – introducing artists
  • Tuesday – discussion and reviews
  • Wednesday – monochrome madness
  • Thursday – nothing
  • Friday –  Floral and a bit of catch up if I have something to say
  • Saturday – Weekend Wanderings
  • Sunday – nothing

We will see how we go from there.

Floral Friday

Today I have an iris for you taken at Alowyn Gardens last year when I was trying out the Lensbaby Velvet 85. It is always a good place to go and take photos.

Next week the Melbourne International Flower and Garden will begin, so there are going to be quite a few flower posts, I hope you won’t mind.
