Lens Artists Challenge #282: Dramatic

So the latest Lens Artists Challenge is Dramatic. I thought I would do something different for it this week. Hopefully, I have got it here in time.

I thought I would show a video that is a time-lapse I did of Melbourne a few months ago. I was trying new things and I think the whole time-lapse is around 3000 images, or thereabouts. I think these are dramatic and I hope you agree with me.

I would like to thank Patti for being out host this week and don’t forget to go and check out her post as well.

  1. Hi Leanne. I’m delighted you joined us and added to our dramatic “collection.” What a terrific idea…to do a timelapse of the dramatic skyline and skies over Melbourne. Beautifully captured and beautifully executed! Wonderful!

  2. Yes, this will work! Great showcase of Melbourne through your time lapse. And the music added to the drama! Wonderful.

  3. I love your video! The colors, the movement of clouds and boat traffic, the lights, the texture. Beautifully done! Oh. And the music, too. Very nice.

  4. This is such a clever response Leeanne, it really shows the drama of a major city as its day begins. It must have been such a challenge putting it all together but your efforts were well worth it! Sadly, the only issue with a late response is that your post will probably be seen by fewer of our followers but hopefully I’m wrong on that! Thanks so much for sharing this one, I loved it!

    1. Thank you Tina, I hoped it would be okay for the challenge, it is all photos. It was time consuming, that’s for sure and lots of standing around waiting. That’s okay about the late response, I didn’t get my act together fast enough. I am not going to do the next one, sorry, I don’t really know any poems, so I might leave. Thanks again.

  5. So very cool, Leanne. I think this challenge was perfect for your style of photography and you still managed to surprise me with your time-lapses. Excellent.

    1. Thank you Sofia, I have to admit I knew I would have lots of dramatic images, but then I would have to choose which ones, this seemed like an easier way.
