Teaching a class on photographing flowers at Alowyn Gardens

While I’m not running my business anymore, I don’t mind running the odd class here and there. I was asked if I would be interested in running a class at Alowyn Gardens. I said yes.
We usually advertise them as macro photography classes, but that scares people off. I think what I do is show people how to photograph flowers no matter what camera they have. I do think you can take photos with whatever you have.

Photographing Flowers with Leanne Cole Saturday 3 June 2023
Join local photographer Leanne Cole in the gardens for a relaxing early morning photography session. Leanne loves taking photos of flowers and has many years of experience doing so. She uses many different techniques to achieve beautiful photos and would love to share some of those with you.
No experience is necessary and no fancy camera gear is required. Bring what you have (mobile phone cameras accepted too) and Leanne will work with you to capture beautiful images.
Morning Tea is included at Alowyn’s beautiful Cafe, and commences after your session with Leanne. You are then welcome to return to the gardens to continue exploring and photographing the gardens and nursery.
