Loch Ard Gorge and Port Campbell

Another quick post today. I’ve been trying to get some stuff done in the garden and use some of the produce. Who knew a zucchini plant would produce so many zucchinis?

I don’t want to talk too much today, but I would like to let you know that both my daughters have tested negative for COVID which we are so thankful for. They are well this time.

First off I have a couple of photos taken around the pier in Port Campbell. They aren’t much, but there you go. All the images were taken with the Tamron 18-300mm F/3.5-6.3 Di III-A VC VXD lens.

This second lot were taken around Loch Ard Gorge. The first one was taken on the first day and the rest the following morning.

Loch Ard Gorge

I hope you are all well, enjoying the new year. We are still here at home. I’ve been planting lots, and I am working on a garden update for you as well.

Take care and let’s talk soon.

    1. Thank you Diana, glad you enjoyed them. No boat, we were just right at the end of a cliff looking back. It was an interesting perspective.

  1. Thanks Leanne. Lovely shots which bring back long-ago good memories.

    1. I agree Marland, there were some places like that in New Zealand, but with all the rain they had had it was just grey brown sludge sadly.

  2. Your photos are giving me such itchy feet. I miss travelling so much. I have become very bored by visiting the same places over and over during this pandemic. I really need to explore new places.

You must be so relieved that your daughters tested negative. Fingers crossed it stays that way for your whole family.

    1. I hope you get a chance to scratch those feet Laura, I have to admit I don’t mind staying home, but have thought about going out to places where I can be pretty much on my own. However, it is summer here and I don’t like going out in summer, so will stick with my macro I think.

I am very relieved, though I think the oldest will end up with it at some stage. She works as a barista and being around that many people could make it inevitable. Thank you Laura, take care.

  3. I’m glad that your daughters are negative for Covid, yay!! 🙏🏻❤️🎉 Be safe! 😎
