September is the month for the Royal Melbourne Show and today I thought it might be nice to do a post looking at it.
Looking back at the Royal Melbourne Show
Before I came up to my mum’s place I did think TO load up some photos from my laptop so I could do a post today on the show. It has been a few years since I went and each year when it is on I think I need to go back. I should put it in the calendar for next year. It is a great place to take photos.
The show is on every September and usually during the school holidays. It isn’t something that I do yearly, but I’m wondering if I should add it to the list.
Photo challenge
Another reason for the photos is that on The Photographer’s Mentor today the photo challenge is EVENTS. As I was going through my photos I rediscovered these images. Since I was getting ready to come up here I thought the photos would be good for this.
Gallery
The following photos were taken over two different visits. The first one was just using a normal lens, while on the second visit I was using the Samyang 12mm fisheye lens. I really liked the effect of the fisheye. Enjoy your day.
