Back in 2015 I was given an opportunity to go to the USA. I spent a couple of weeks in California before heading to New York.
This last week I’ve been sorting through the photos and thought it would be nice to do a silent Sunday post showing my favourite photos from California.

Beautiful shots! I specially like the pictures of the jellyfish, and the ghost town. I was in California 3 times for work and relied on my friends there for showing me a few things around. One of them brought me to Monterey too, I think on our way to 17 mile drive, but unfortunately we didn’t go to the aquarium. What a pity!!
What a shame you didn’t go to the aquarium, it really is one of the best, if not the best, I have ever been to. Thank you.

I know this is going to sound stupid, but I KNEW those were jellyfish in Monterey Aquarium. I was last there in 2010 when my brother was stationed at Naval Post Graduate school, and my nice and nephew went to the aquarium there. What a cool place.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen anywhere else that shows jellyfish as well as Monterey. I could have spent all day in there. It is a very cool place.
