It was back out to the garden to capture the lines in a lily for Monochrome Wednesday today. Lilies are great subjects for monochrome.
Today I wanted to show you a photo of a lily that I have been experimenting with. I’ve been playing around with my textures quite a bit.
Yes, you read that right, I was locked in my garden while trying to get photos for Floral Friday. Okay, I wasn’t locked in the garden, but I was locked out of the house. Unbelievable.
It seemed like a good idea to show some of the photos from the Winter garden workshop last weekend for Floral Friday today. The garden at this time of the year can be interesting.
The dahlias are finished for the year, but I thought it might be nice to take another look at them for Floral Friday. I can’t wait for them to be back.
For the Floral Friday post today I thought it might be nice to show you some photos I took when visiting the Dunedin Botanical Gardens. I took a few, but have only prepared three.
Yesterday I ran a macro photography class at Alowyn Gardens. Seems I can’t get away from teaching and I’m planning on doing more.
