It seems like an appropriate thing to welcome everyone to 2021 as it is the new year and after last year, well it is nice to see that one end.
Yes, you read that right, my sourdough bread kept being flat and I’ve been obsessed with working out why all week.
I keep asking myself, should I give it a name? I’m talking about my sourdough starter, in case you were wondering. Am I crazy?
Now it is time to look at what has happened to the starter two months on. It is easier to get flour now, so that has made the whole thing so much better. Still, there were some struggles, but I feel Iike I have a better handle on it all now.
