Winter has hit us hard this year. I know we don’t get winters like many people around the world, in that it doesn’t snow and compared to some countries doesn’t get that cold. Then again we have really hot summers. It is all relative.
I’ve had my greenhouse for over 6 months now and I still love it. One of the things I wanted to find out was would I be able to grow tomatoes in it during winter.
Quick post today. I was thinking of not doing one at all but then thought why don’t I just share a few images of the cosmos that are growing in my garden.
In the last post, I think it was, I showed you a heap of photos that I took with the Lensbaby Composer Pro II and the Sweet 35 optics on my Fujifilm X-S10.
Finally, I got around to concentrating on taking photos of just the flowers. If you can believe that. Though, that isn’t really true either, but I did go there with that intention.
I was up very early again this morning as I made my way back into the city for the Melbourne Flower Show.
Today was the day, the first one actually for the Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show. The first time in three years as the last two were cancelled because of COVID.
I have no idea. I’ve been growing them, watering them, I have even given them food. Seriously how long does it take for a watermelon to ripen?
Why oh why are tomatoes so hard to grow? This is a question I’ve been asking myself a lot.
Hello everyone and welcome back to my blog. It is true I’m struggling with the garden and getting lots of flowers. I know what the problem is and this winter I have a lot of work to do.
