I had a lovely morning on Sunday as I got up early and went to the Werribee Zoo where I toured the Savannah.

Tulips are such beautiful and elegant flowers. Though they aren’t as easy to grow here as they are in other parts of the world.
In the last post, I think it was, I showed you a heap of photos that I took with the Lensbaby Composer Pro II and the Sweet 35 optics on my Fujifilm X-S10.
Finally, I got around to concentrating on taking photos of just the flowers. If you can believe that. Though, that isn’t really true either, but I did go there with that intention.
I was up very early again this morning as I made my way back into the city for the Melbourne Flower Show.
Today was the day, the first one actually for the Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show. The first time in three years as the last two were cancelled because of COVID.
After over two years I managed to get back to the main Melbourne Zoo. It was like it was before the pandemic and really didn’t seem like the last two years had happened.
