Rain has been very scarce around here this year, but when we get some, I love to go out afterwards and take photos. When I say get some, that doesn’t mean much. Though this last week we got over 27 mm of rain in a couple of days, my garden is very happy. So am I.
When I go out now, I’m nearly always using my tripod, and one thing that I am playing around with a lot more is the aperture. They say you need a closed-down aperture for macro photography, but it has been interesting to see what you can get at when it is wide open.
Here are some new flowers, as well as some that I’ve had for a while.
We are expecting more rain this coming week, and I know I won’t be upset about it at all. I just hope we get it.
What a beautiful photo
