Floral Friday – Outside with the Velvet 56

Now that I have the Fujifilm X-T3 I find I’m limited when it comes to macro, but I did get the Lensbaby Velvet 56 for it and the photos for Floral Friday were taken with that.

Things change, it can be terrible, but not always. So the plan was to set up some macro, but then this morning I thought about my Fujifilm X-T3. I have the Lensbaby Velvet 56 for it, so it seemed like a good time to get out with it.

It was an overcast morning so I snuck out with my pj’s to see what I can get with it. Since I got it I have only used it once so I needed to get it out again. Since getting the X-T3 I have kept my macro on my DSLR, therefore, making it very easy to simply grab it and take photos with it.

We had some rain last night so the flowers were covered in raindrops as well. It was great out there.

We have a hibiscus, a dahlia and the flowers from the coriander plant. I hope you like them. Please enjoy your Friday. It has started getting cold here, surprisingly, my feet are cold and I might need to start wearing socks or something like that on my feet.
