One Four Challenge – Blossoms on a tree Week 3

Here we are at Week 3, and I have another easy one to show you.  I love seeing the blossoms, though I also hate it, as it means summer is coming and I’m not so sure I like summer. What am I saying, I hate summer. I don’t like the heat, and I really don’t like going out to take photos in it. Then again, I love the garden in spring and summer. I do like to go out and see what is there to photograph, hence the love/hate thing.

If you want to do the challenge and want to know what to do, click this link for more information.

Here is the original image.

When I was doing all the wedding photos, I came up with 8 presets, then I started looking at some other photos and decided to do another one. This is that preset. This was the second attempt at it, and I call it number 10. Original hey?

Like last week, it is soft and delicate too, but I think this one is brighter. I remember the bride wanting soft, bright photos, and I thought this preset really matched that.

Once again, I have done the before and after.

I have put them together in a gallery again. Have you got any favourites yet?

  1. My favorite is Week1, which is brighter than the original but still has nuance in the white petals.

The pink tint in Week2 is nice, but both Week2 and Week3 are a tad too uniformly bright for me.

  2. You cannot mess up a pretty photo. The original is beautiful as are all the photos that follow. Don’t ask me to pick a favorite, Leanne! 😀 I like all of them!

    1. Good way to look at it Lois, I have to admit that it has been fun seeing them with all the different presets, two more to go. Thank you Lois.
