Reposting – The Lady of the Bath

This is a repost of a blog post I did back in 2013. I think this was a post done after some other similar posts. So I am going to give you some background.

I was in Harrietville for a textile workshop, or rather, I was there to teach them how to take photos of their work. When I wasn’t teaching, I managed to get out and take some photos. This waterfall was one of the first times that I managed to get water like this. It wasn’t an easy waterfall to photograph, and I had to climb over lots of rocks with my tripod and camera. Worth it in the end. Sadly, I’ve never been back.

Today’s post is going to be about the waterfalls that I showed you last week.  More water, I’m afraid.  I am not going to say much really.  I just want to show you more.

The photos aren’t really that much different to the other photos I have shown you, but they all have slight variations.  Such as the one above, it is very similar to the first one I showed you, but it is from further back and you see more of the foliage, so different as well.

Almost like another close-up, maybe they will become more of my thing.  I really am going to try and do more of them.

I have said before that I am away this weekend,  I will be in Ocean Grove to take photos all around there, Barwon Heads, and Point Lonsdale.  So there will be lots more water photos to come.  I thought while I was there, I might take both cameras, and put the wide-angle on one camera and the telephoto zoom on the other, then I would have the option of taking close-ups or wide angles.  It should be interesting. I must find the other tripod plate as well.

I have more photos of the waterfalls, but I will put them all below, and you can browse through them.  They are fairly similar.

That is the last of the photos now from Harrietville.  I have pretty much shown you all the ones that I wanted to take.  It has been great the response I have got from everyone.  I am so glad you enjoyed them.
