Since my big news yesterday I thought it might be good to show some flowers that were taken with the X-T3 for Floral Friday.
2019 Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show
It is now March and for me, that means it is the lead up to the Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show. I have been going for a few years now. It is always a fantastic event and if you like photographing flowers, it is heaven.
A Yellow Flower today
A quick one today, just the yellow flower taken with my D850 and the Lensbaby Velvet 85. It is in my garden, but I have no idea what it is.
Floral Friday: Bee popping in
Here is one from a while ago. While taking photos of poppies I couldn’t resist trying to get the bee as well.
Floral Friday: Waterlillies
It has been a while since I did one of these, but thought since I had been to the Blue Lotus Water Gardens, I thought it might be nice to play around with a few of the photos and see what I could do with them.
Floral Friday: Flowers in the Rain
A couple of weeks ago I was at Alowyn Gardens taking photos of the flowers before and after the rain. Water drops on flowers are fantastic, they really bring out the colours of the flowers.
Floral Friday: Bee in a Poppy
The title sort of says it all. Watching the bees playing around in the poppies was great fun. They roll around in them, if you have never see it, take at look at the poppies next time.
Catching Up: More programs
Much is the same, but I do have some things to tell you about.
Floral Friday: Flowing bulbs
Unfortunately I have no idea what these are, I want to say snow drops, but I am probably wrong.
Floral Friday – Flowers from a couple of visits
Last weekend I taught my first macro photography class. It went well I think. I had a friend doing the class and she said she thought it was good.
