Not long after I started writing for Digital Photography School I was asked to write a short article on what my favourite lens was. Back then, it was the Nikon 24-70mm 2.8 lens. However, this year that changed.
catching up with news
It really has been rather quiet around here. I’ve been out a couple of times with the D850 and have more trips planned, but other than that, well I’ve been working out how to do some things with Facebook.
Silent Sunday: Playing with new things
It has been an interesting week, of course the arrival of the Nikon D850 has made it that more exciting.
Is Sexism still alive and well in the Photography Industry?
Recently Nikon released a new camera. It is one that many have been waiting for, the D850. It is the update for the popular 800 series and has been highly anticipated. Nikon Asia naturally wanted to promote the camera and pulled together 32 photographers from around Asia, across many different genres. Nothing really wrong with […]
Weekend Wanderings: Melbourne Flower Show
The Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show is almost over now and while I only went a couple of times it was great to be there again. Tasmania – Day 6, Bruny Island Cruises
Today’s post is a little late. I got home last night and it took me a couple of hours to go through the 700+ photos I took yesterday on the boat cruise around the southern end of Bruny Island. I kept getting distracted by Masterchef. I decided to get up early this morning and do […]
