For Silent Sunday I thought we could look back on the photos I took when I did a boat cruise on the Gordon River in Tasmania.
When I did the boat cruise around Doubtful Sound with Real Journeys I did a blog post, but at the time I promised to do another one that would be more detailed. This is that post. It was an unexpected day, but one of my favourites while in New Zealand.
Day 8 of our New Zealand Wanderings was very wet as we explored Doubtful Sound. We did the boat cruise with Real Journeys to Doubtful Sound, but it was so wet and rained the whole time.
Milford Sound was the destination for Day 7 of our New Zealand Wanderings. Part of the day was always going to include a boat cruise. The cruise was one of the many offered by Real Journeys.
Last night we were fairly certain that our lake cruise for day 2 of our New Zealand Wanderings would be cancelled because of the weather. For day 2 we had a boat cruise and a helicopter flight over the glaciers booked.
