It was back out to the garden to capture the lines in a lily for Monochrome Wednesday today. Lilies are great subjects for monochrome.
It is time for my Floral Friday post and today I was keen to work on a photo of a tulip that the light was hitting it in an unusual way. I tend to hate dappled light, but here it was perfect.
These are being posted too late, so starting from this week, I’m going to try and do it on Friday. I will have to make sure the podcast is done sooner. For photo challenge 8 we are doing flowers.
A quick one today, just the yellow flower taken with my D850 and the Lensbaby Velvet 85. It is in my garden, but I have no idea what it is.

Unfortunately I have no idea what these are, I want to say snow drops, but I am probably wrong.

Last week I missed doing my floral post, so I was determined I wouldn’t this week.
Sometimes I have trouble working out what to post, then yesterday I posted a photo of a flower on my macro Instagram page and thought perhaps it would be a good one for you as well. I liked the name of Floral Friday, so I might do it more.
