Ending up at the Quarantine Station

As I said yesterday I am going to show you more photos of Alowyn Gardens where springtime has emerged. It is probably one of the best times of the year there.
I know I said that I would do Floral Friday images from my garden, but it has to be said that Alowyn Gardens is like my second garden.
It was back to those honeycomb rocks today for my Monochrome Wednesday images. I really like ocean views in monochrome.
On my last trip up in the Mallee I went to see my friend Jocelyn who took me to the Kow Plains Homestead. A place I had heard about but not visited.
It was back to some photos taken up in the Mallee for Monochrome Wednesday this week and I have converted one of the images of a salt lake.
This morning I went into the city to take some photos with my friend Steve and we saw some incredible storm clouds that I thought would be good for Silent Sunday.
We are now at the start of October and the weather is getting warmer so I went out in the garden today to get some photos for Floral Friday.
This is something that I find really important and I am always experimenting with different types of photography. Astrophotography is one of them.
When I was looking for some photos for today’s Monochrome Wednesday I went back to the images of the coastline I took when down at the Great Ocean Road.
For Silent Sunday today, I have been going through older Weekend Wandering posts and decided on revisiting St Leonards and Queenscliff.
In the countryside right now you can find canola fields everywhere, but it is important to remember that they aren’t on public land.
The reality is that my garden hasn’t got any more in it from last week, so for Floral Friday I thought we might look at some images from a couple of years ago.
Yesterday I found myself in Malmsbury with my infrared camera and I thought some of the photos would be good for Monochrome Wednesday.
