It is a question I’ve been asking this year, really is social media a mug’s game? Is really healthy for us? So many questions really.

Initially, I was going to do this as part of another post, but then I decided that looking at baking in the past deserved a post on its own. I hope you agree.
It is the second day and I redid what I did yesterday, except I changed part of the experiment, and today my bread was not so flat.
